Our Fitness Services
Jumpstart Your Health
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. We believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.
Semi-Private Training
Feel Good, Look Good
Get all the benefits of having a personal trainer at under half the cost by working out in small groups of 1-4 people. Each workout is tailored to your goals and needs, and every 6-8 weeks we do a reassessment and you receive a new workout. This allows our members to continue to make progress, and stops the boredom that can occur from doing the same stale workout each week.

Group Fitness Classes
Strength & Stamina
Included in all of our memberships are our highly effective and energetic group training classes. Our classes are about team spirit and motivation. These are the perfect supplement to our semi private training sessions. This is where our members focus on their cardio and reinforce the Core Fundamental Movements. Get your metabolism fired up with one of our instructors and our unique training equipment including: sand bags, kettlebells, sleds, battle ropes, TRX and medicine balls.
Kids Conditioning
Core Strength & Injury Prevention
Our Kids Conditioning Classes provide a safe and fun way for your video gamer to your college athlete to workout. Our focus is on injury prevention, conditioning, building core strength and stability, and most importantly, fun! With more kids specializing in a sport at an early age it is important to help them build the strength and stability to prevent injuries. For the younger kids we provide a fun and challenging environment for them to learn core fundamental movements through different challenges and activities while allowing each young athlete to work at their own individual level. Exercise at a young age builds good fitness habits and can enhance cognitive function which can carry over to their school education.
For our young adult athletes, building power and strength must be achieved with an emphasis on stability and mobility. In order to prevent injury, teenage athletes have to be careful not to develop strength on top of disfunction. Learning correct movement patterns and proper body mechanics is crucial for the sport specific athlete.

Shannon Morse
The Diet Doc
Shannon’s interest, desire and personal commitment to educating and developing the potential in her clients through physical fitness stems from her belief that the body has endless possibilities when fueled and treated properly. Her journey began over a decade ago when, after she sustained a severe concussion, she was introduced to Pilates as a form of physical therapy and rehab. This led Shannon into the field of personal training at both the group and individual levels. The core of the curriculum focused on coaching others toward achieving their personal goals and becoming the best versions of themselves – physically and mentally – through a solid understanding of the human body, how it functions and the optimum methods to maximize its performance in daily use. This eventually led Shannon to the importance of diet and nutrition in the entire fitness equation. She came to realize that nutrition was the key to unlocking the body’s true potential when combined with a proper training program. In 2014, she became a licensed Diet Doc Permanent Weight Loss Program clinician. The addition of the Diet Doc Program allowed her to expand her knowledge and provide additional services for her clients.
