Your health is more important now than ever.  Exercise, along with a healthy diet and plenty of sleep, is your first line of defense.  We can help by providing safe, outdoor, personalized training sessions along with online options and program design.  We want to ensure your success by keeping you physically active and by relieving mental stress. 

Step 1 : assessment

Here at The Firm, we have structured our workouts to be scalable to your fitness needs. Each new member is given a thorough assessment on Zoom to make sure that we are addressing your individual goals and any restrictions you might have.  We base our workouts on our Firm Fundamental Movements to make sure each member has the foundation to reach their goals successfully and without injury.  Once we have completed the assessment, we can get you started training in the park and/or online.

Assessment is $50

Option 1: Small Group Training

Once you have completed your online assessment with one of our trainers, you are ready to join us in the park for our small group training sessions.  Regardless if you are a new or a seasoned participant, we can accommodate and make sure that you get the workout that's right for you.  

Here are the details:


  • Bring two face coverings if you think you might sweat through one of them.

  • If you have equipment (a mat, bands, light weights), bring it.  If you don't, we provide limited equipment that is sanitized before and after each use.

  • Bring your own water, towel, hair ties or hat if you need it.

  • Try to use the restroom and wash your hands before you come to the park.

  • By signing up for each in person session, you acknowledge that you have read the COVID check list.

  • There is a 24hour cancellation policy.  We know schedules can be tough, but please let us know ahead of time if you can't make it.

Classes are $25/class or $200/month unlimited

Option 2: One-on-one Training

We understand if you would prefer the exclusivity of sessions with just you and the instructor. Online, in the park, or a combination of both, we want to find the fitness solution that works for you.  If you are just starting to make fitness a part of your lifestyle, are recovering from an injury, or want more personalized attention, one-on-one training might be what you need.

Sessions are $130/session

Step 3:

Supplement with online sessions

Option 1:  One-on-one Remote Sessions

If your preference is to workout at home, no problem.  We can design a personalized program based on your needs and goals which works in the space that is available to you.  We can then schedule sessions over Zoom.  Let us know if you need bands or weights (quantity is limited).

Zoom One-On-One:  $80/session

Option 2:  Remote group classes live and recorded

Join us live for online circuit and stretch classes.  We have HIIT style classes which are focused on keeping your heart rate up and putting you through a full range of motion.  We offer modifications depending on your ability and if you have weights or bands.  We also offer stretch classes which are focused on restoring proper posture and opening back up the hips.

Classes are $25/class or $200/month unlimited
